Meet Ashlee Carter 

Ashlee Carter is a Certified Nurse Midwife who joined Women’s Health Advantage in 2024. A Fort Wayne native, Ashlee brings compassion, clinical expertise, and a heart for women’s care to every patient she serves. 

She earned her nursing degree from Western Governors University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati. Ashlee provides comprehensive care—from adolescence through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—helping women make informed, empowered decisions about their health.
